Set to present critical data from its Phase 1b clinical trial of Nexvax2 in patients with Celiac Disease at Digestive Disease Week, ImmusanT engaged MBI to plan and run a satellite symposium around the conference for a group of 100 gastroenterologists.

 

Planning and Support

After identifying key opinion leader speakers based on existing relationships and confirming their participation, MBI then submitted a symposium application and worked with the conference organizers to iron out assigned location, date, and time details and obtain approval for all event materials. Collaboration between the MBI creative and accounts teams resulted in clear, concise, visually-stimulating and effective collateral, including a mailing campaign delivered to over 3,000 conference registrants.



Results

ImmusanT, in collaboration with MBI, successfully executed the first Celiac Disease satellite symposium to be offered at Digestive Disease Week. Interest in the symposium was nearly overwhelming and additional seating was brought in to accommodate additional, non-registered attendees, bringing the room to capacity.

KOL presentations were well-balanced and informative and ImmusanT received a multitude of on-site and follow-up compliments on the event.
